  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions or fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined and spreadable.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a prepared 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly and smoothing the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until edges are bubbly and golden brown and cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  6. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Drain shredded chicken well to avoid sogginess. Do not cover dip while baking to achieve crispy edges. Broil briefly for extra crunch but watch carefully. Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level. Leftovers reheat well in oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
