  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing bagel edges)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice mini bagels in half horizontally and place cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with Italian seasoning. Brush the cut edges of each bagel half with this mixture.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly on each bagel half, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each bagel half. Add a pinch of grated Parmesan on top.
  6. Place two slices of pepperoni per bagel half if using. Optionally add other toppings like sliced olives or diced bell peppers.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden and bagel edges are crispy and browned.
