This creamy frozen yogurt bark with berries and granola is a quick, easy, and healthy dessert that looks impressive but requires only 10 minutes of active prep. Made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola, it’s a crowd-pleasing treat perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 34 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup (150g) mixed berries (fresh or frozen; blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 3/4 cup (90g) granola
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chia seeds or hemp hearts
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for easy lifting.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt and press them down gently so they are partially submerged.
  5. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top. Add optional chia seeds, hemp hearts, or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Gently press all toppings into the yogurt using your palms or the back of a spoon so they are about halfway embedded.
  7. Place the baking sheet flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.
  8. Once frozen, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and place on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to break the bark into irregular pieces, or snap it with your hands.
  9. Serve immediately, or transfer pieces to a freezer-safe container layered with parchment paper. Store for up to 3 weeks.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Do not use non-fat yogurt as it becomes icy. If using frozen berries, do not thaw them first. Let the bark sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before breaking for cleaner pieces. The bark keeps for up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
