easy peach popsicles recipe - featured image

A simple, kid-friendly recipe for refreshing peach popsicles made with just three ingredients. Perfect for summer, these popsicles are quick to prepare and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (about 300g) fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 24 tablespoons water or coconut water (optional, for thinning)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop about 2 cups (300g) of ripe peaches. You can leave skins on for extra fiber if preferred.
  2. Add chopped peaches, 2 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar), 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 2-4 tablespoons water or coconut water to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and slightly runny but not watery, about 2 minutes.
  4. Taste the puree and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed, or add more water if too thick.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. To unmold, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds and gently pull the popsicles out by the sticks.
  8. Serve immediately or keep frozen for later.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Frozen peaches can be used but should be slightly thawed before blending. Adding a little water or coconut water helps prevent icy texture. For texture variation, stir in chopped peach pieces before freezing. Run warm water over molds to unmold easily. Store popsicles in airtight container for up to two weeks.
