  • A small handful of pitted olives (30 g, black or green, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (or preferred dip)
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (or preferred dip)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
  • Optional extras: 15 g nuts (almonds or cashews), 20 g dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: deli turkey, cheese, crackers, veggies, olives, and dips on the countertop.
  2. Slice cheese into bite-sized squares or strips (about 1-inch pieces). Thinly slice cucumbers and halve cherry tomatoes.
  3. Measure about 1 cup (30 g) of crackers per box, choosing crackers that won’t crumble easily.
  4. Fold or roll turkey slices neatly and place alongside cheese pieces in one compartment.
  5. Fill another compartment with baby carrots, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and olives (keep olives in a small separate cup).
  6. Spoon 2 tablespoons of chosen dips into small containers and nestle them in the box.
  7. Add optional extras like nuts or dried fruit in a small section or container.
  8. Seal the container tightly and refrigerate if not eating immediately. Snack boxes hold well for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Keep wet ingredients like olives and dips in separate small containers inside the box to prevent sogginess. Fold turkey slices instead of stacking to keep presentation neat and easier to eat.
