These easy turkey bacon ranch pinwheel wraps are a quick and delicious lunchbox solution. Made with a creamy ranch filling, turkey, crispy bacon, and spinach, they are perfect for meal prep and kid-friendly.

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 8–10 slices deli turkey breast
  • 6–8 strips bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, light, and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, let cool completely, then crumble into small pieces.
  3. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the ranch cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
  4. Layer turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and a handful of spinach leaves over the turkey.
  5. Starting at the edge closest to you, roll the tortilla away from you tightly, tucking in the filling as you go. Place seam-side down.
  6. Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Place wrapped rolls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours).
  7. Once chilled and firm, unwrap the rolls. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

For best results, let cream cheese soften completely before mixing. Do not overfill tortillas. Chilling for at least 30 minutes is essential for clean slices. These taste even better the next day as flavors meld. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.
